The service

NovaDevora Tools provides free, browser-based generators for brand names, domains, slogans, usernames, colours, typography, marketing copy and related material. The tools are offered as-is, without any guarantee of continued availability, and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting infrastructure.
• Republish the site's own content, code or design as a competing product without permission.
• Use generated output in a way that misleads people or infringes someone else's trademark, copyright or other rights.

Tool accuracy and disclaimer

Results are produced algorithmically from word lists, templates and colour maths. They are creative starting points, not professional, legal, financial or branding advice. We do not check trademark registries, domain availability, social handle availability or jurisdictional restrictions. Identical or similar results may be generated for other users. Always run your own trademark, registry and availability checks before committing to a name or asset.

Intellectual property

The website's design, code, copy and branding remain the property of NovaDevora Tools. Output you generate is yours to use for personal or commercial purposes free of charge and without attribution; we claim no ownership over it. We cannot, however, warrant that any particular result is free of third-party rights.

Third-party services

The site relies on third parties such as web font providers and static hosting, and may link to external websites. Their terms and privacy practices are their own, and we are not responsible for their content or availability. See the Privacy Policy for details of which services are involved.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaDevora Tools is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, and we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss — including lost profits, lost data, rebranding costs or business interruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

You are responsible for how you use generated output and agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of that use.
